As Garth Brooks said in his song, "How could I have known, the way it all would go, the way it all would end..." On May 27, 2009 I wrote the "Dear John Letter" that I should have written years ago, not knowing how things would go. Follow up to "A Memorial Day Story"

After posting this story on May 27, 2009, I had no idea that my whole world was about to change. You see, in just over 24 hours after posting that story, my Dad passed away. We will never again walk the beach at Tybee together, at least not physically together, though he will always be with me in spirit. Trying to make a go of the shop

We've been open for 7 months now and the store is still struggling. I really hope that I can make it succeed. It really is a cute, little shop and I'm so passionate about the cause.



We have been setting up vendor booths at motorcycle shows, craft fairs, bike rallies and other events trying to help get the name out there. We've met some great people and been invited to more events. I'd just like more people to come in and see all we have to offer.
