Hi Diane;

I am planning on starting my business on the Island and like you, my background is the hotel industry. I have been in the industry for over 20 years. I know Sylvia (your houskeeper) and she suggested I contact you for help.

I would appreciate any insight you can share with me to start an overnight rental business. Dave had his own overnight rental business in Gatlinburg TN and we are planning on hiring for Tybee and Gatlinburg.
